Are there any hidden charges?
Answer: NO, The pricing of our lift chairs on our web site is all you will pay. We will include your shipping costs to you if you live in the continental US. If you live in the state of Indiana, 7% sales tax applies.
Why do you sell Golden Lift Chairs & Pride Lift Chairs?
Answer: We work exclusively with these manufacturer so we can provide our customers the highest quality products with great value and performance.
When will my lift chair arrive?
Answer: Our Lift Chairs are shipped directly from the manufactors. We now have Express Shipping on any in stock Lift Chairs. They are ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours. The Golden Express Lift chairs are marked with a W (which means Warehouse). If it is a special order, it will be built for you and shipping will take an additional 15-20 business days.
What happens if I need warranty service?
Answer: Your Lift Chair comes with a full manufacturers warranty. Both parts and labor are covered for the first year you have your lift chair. Simply call the 800 number supplied with your lift chair, a service representative will be scheduled to come and repair your lift chair.
Do you handle Medicare claims?
Answer: No, At this time we are not medicare certified, although we have provided a link to the medicare claim forms on our link page for your convienence.
Can you tell me the difference between a 2-way and a 3-way lift chair?
Answer: A 2-way chair reclines only a few inches. The user needs help from the seated position to the standing position. They do not use it to recline. The 3-way lift chair is used to recline in any position and can be stopped in any position by releasing the recline or lift button. The foot rest raises when the chair begins to recline.
What does a Maxi Comfort Lift Chair do?
Answer: No chair offers you more positions and options than the Maxi comfort Technology. It lifts to assist you in standing. It can be positioned to a seating position with your feet raised to enjoy tv. Lay completely flat for sleeping, or recline back and raise your hips and feet for improved circulation. Or relieve pressure by adjusting seat to a zero gravity position.
